I am so glad I know a better way

I have just been educated in organic living and I am so thankful. It has changed my life and life of my family. And I think, if we can sustain this way of life, it will change the health and wellness of my children, their children, their children's children and so on! Perhaps eating green and living green in my lifetime will break the cycle of illness and obesity in my family. I am thankful to know a better way to live!

I know how you feel. Much of my family is obese, and I was too for about 13 years. I made the decision to fight against it last year. What worked for me was a vegetarian diet, eating 6 small meals a day, never skipping breakfast, and going for long walks. You can change the future!
