Today was such a wonderful day.
To connect with many new people,
And good friends,
And with my husband.
I think volunteering together can be
a way for us to have a loving relationship.
So many people, and so little time, made
such an enormous impact.
That was awesome.
Good spirit and good thoughts.

Jennine, it was good to finally meet you and Allen yesterday! Thank you for coming out and all your hard work. Hey, it was the one year anniversary of your joining, how fitting... :) I totally agree with your verses; it was really a wonderful day. I think we made a difference -- not only in the grounds and environment but in creating the start of a connection with residents. Our working alongside with them in their home was so much better than any words of support. Take care and hope to see you soon!
